IT System Outage Posted or Updated on 19 Jul 2024

We regret to inform you that our clinical system is down today, Friday 19th July 2024. This global IT outage is unfortunately affecting our ability to access patient records, manage appointments and process prescriptions.

What you need to know:

• We cannot book, confirm, rearrange or cancel appointments
• Test results and Hospital letters are currently unavailable to us
• Access to your medical record in unavailable
• The processing of prescriptions is delayed

What You Can Do:

• Emergency Care: For urgent medical issues please call 111 or use their online services. Alternatively visit your local urgent care centre. A&E departments are still available in the event of an emergency
• Minor Illness Queries: Please contact your local pharmacy

If you do need our help with an Urgent Prescription request, due today, please contact our team on 01902 731250. If you need assistance with anything else, we are here to try and help you.

IT Teams are working hard to resiolve the issue and restore service. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
